From wish list to a focused shortlist
We start with a personal conversation about your budget, the way you want to live and what matters most: sea views, walking distance to the village, a flat garden, year-round living or rental potential. Then we select homes that really match – including properties that are not yet advertised online.
Because we know the area street by street, we can tell you what the photos do not show: the steep access road, the winter sun on the terrace, the noise of a busy road or the charm of a quiet cul-de-sac.
Viewings and negotiation
Well-prepared viewing days
We plan efficient viewing days around your trip, accompany you to every property and show you the surroundings: the supermarket, the beach, the restaurants and the route to the airport. Afterwards we compare the options with you – honestly, including the drawbacks.
When you have found the one, we advise on a realistic offer based on actual sales, negotiate price, furniture and timing on your behalf and confirm the agreement clearly in writing.
Safe completion
Your independent checks, our coordination
Your own independent lawyer checks the ownership, licences, debts and contracts. We introduce trusted lawyers, gestores and mortgage brokers if you wish, and coordinate the NIE, bank account, deposits and the notary appointment.
